I had a wonderful experience at this gluten-free mochi class. It was such a lovely and enjoyable class from start to finish. The teacher was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. She explained everything so clearly that we understood the entire process very quickly and easily. She also shared a lot of valuable information—not only about making mochi, but also about gluten-free cooking and other types of food, which I really appreciated. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The service was excellent overall: everything was very clean and well organized, the class started on time, and the location was well situated, easy to find, and very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun, informative, and well-run cooking experience!

Lovely teacher, friendly and happy to answer questions. We found the class to be the perfect mix of support and freedom to be creative. As long time lovers of mochi the modern Chinese style cream and boba fillings were new to us, so it was great to be able to try them too. Also, recommend the delicious boba cocktails! Thanks

I was so pleased that I wa the only student in the Mochi making class because it was a weekday. So nice of them not to cancel it. I arrived early and started straight away. All was well prepared in advance. I am planning to attend their other classes.

It was so interesting and I learned this new art of how to make mochi. Additionally, I also got the whole historical context how mochi even came about. I enjoysed my class and would recommend it to everyone.
