Please note:
- Please note: This is an adult pottery class. Participants aged 11 years and over are welcome, provided they are able to work independently in an adult-paced group class. This is not a children's class.
- Your finished pieces will be fired and glazed, ready to collect 4 weeks after the class.
- A materials fee of £5 per piece of pottery kept is NOT included in the class and is payable on the day of your workshop.
-Pieces are ready around 4-5 weeks after the class. We will send you an email when they are ready to be collected. Please check you email and spam folder. We will keep your pots in the studio for a month. If not collected in time they may be disposed of.
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time for the class. Upon arriving to your class 30 minutes or later, we have the right to reject you joining the class without any refund or rescheduling.
- No cancellations or reschedules allowed.
- During summer, there is no air conditioning in the studio, so please bring water and dress for the heat!
- During winter, it would be a bit cold in the studio. Whilst we try our best to keep the studio warm, please prepare an extra coat or clothes to keep yourself warm during class.
- Please enter and leave the studio quietly - the studio is in the middle of the neighbourhood!

** Please note that due to the nature of ceramics, final results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Glaze colours and finishes may vary from samples and are for reference only.
- Textures and fine details may appear differently after firing.
- Finished pieces will shrink by approximately 15% during the drying and firing process.
- Minor imperfections, such as small clay marks or uneven surfaces, may be present.
- Pieces may crack, warp or break during drying or firing.

We take every care throughout the making and firing process; however, these are natural characteristics and risks of working with clay and cannot always be prevented.

If a piece is damaged beyond use during the firing process, we will reimburse the £5 materials and firing fee paid for that piece. Class fees are non-refundable.

Loved this class! Teacher was helpful, engaging and hands on. Learnt the basics and also had some fun. I had time to make 3 items on the wheel, but some people did more. It is £5 per item you want to keep and you get to pick a glaze colour (clear, white or blue). We then also did a 45 min intro to hand building with clay- going over different techniques and some considerations. Lots of tools and stamps available to use.

The class was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the session, loved the fact that we were allowed to experiment different shapes and techniques despite being a beginner. The only issue was to get to the place using public transport. Otherwise everything was just spot on!

Rosa was fantastic instructor, very personable, funny, informative and explained the process of pottery in a really clear way whilst also being helpful and non-judgemental when amending any errors we made. It was very laid back and fun and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try pottery. We got to keep items we made for a small price which seemed like fair value.

Ari (Arianna) was so lovely. She had an energy like the sun, warm and friendly. My partner and I thought it was a great experience! We would come again. Thank you for making our first experience a great one! The only thing I would say is I recommend dressing extremely warmly and prepare to get a little messy.

This class was really good, truly enjoyable because the teacher ROSA, and also the rest of the team was excellent, they were dedicated and helpful, we were told and showed the principal points of pottery. I made 3 pots, and was very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely recommend it.
