“Sam was amazing, felt very welcoming and she was a great teacher. She was patient and explained every step clearly and would be happy to help at any point. Would definitely recommend!”
“Rosa was a gem! From start to finish she made the workshop so much fun. It was a lovely such to get involved in and I felt learnt something new. It w a s my first time in pottery making and such a great experience. I flopped a few times but it was all part of the learning process. What I loved the most about this workshop was that you get to keep the pots that you make... you just have to wait a few weeks for them to get glazed. Highly recommend getting involved if you want something different to do with a partner, friends or family.”
“Great class, super friendly and helpful instructors, you get to take home as many pieces that you have time for making for a small extra charge per piece (which includes them finishing and glazing the pieces). 10/10!”
“Loved this class! Teacher was helpful, engaging and hands on.
Learnt the basics and also had some fun.
I had time to make 3 items on the wheel, but some people did more. It is £5 per item you want to keep and you get to pick a glaze colour (clear, white or blue).
We then also did a 45 min intro to hand building with clay- going over different techniques and some considerations. Lots of tools and stamps available to use.”
“The class was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the session, loved the fact that we were allowed to experiment different shapes and techniques despite being a beginner.
The only issue was to get to the place using public transport. Otherwise everything was just spot on!”
“Rosa was fantastic instructor, very personable, funny, informative and explained the process of pottery in a really clear way whilst also being helpful and non-judgemental when amending any errors we made. It was very laid back and fun and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try pottery. We got to keep items we made for a small price which seemed like fair value.”
