Looking for chilled-out London activities to help you escape the hustle and bustle of the city? Sit back, relax and get creative with clay at this pottery making workshop in Stoke Newington!

During this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn all the tips and tricks needed to transform handmade clay into bespoke pottery pieces. Your expert guide will demonstrate hand-building techniques using coils and slabs before covering wheel throwing as you prepare to get hands-on with your clay!

Whether you're a complete beginner or a more experienced clay crafter, this workshop is a great chance to unwind in a London pottery studio as you let your creative side take over.

At the end of the class, your beautiful pottery pieces will be taken away to be biscuit fired and glazed, ready to collect after 4 weeks to display at home or give away as handmade gifts!

Please note:
- This Workshop is only for age 11 or above.
- Your finished pieces will be fired and glazed, ready to collect 4 weeks after the class.
- A materials fee of £5 per piece of pottery kept is NOT included in the class and is payable on the day of your workshop.
-Pieces are ready around 4-5 weeks after the class. We will send you an email when they are ready to be collected. Please check you email and spam folder. We will keep your pots in the studio for a month. If not collected in time they may be disposed of.
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time for the class. Upon arriving to your class 30 minutes or later, we have the right to reject you joining the class without any refund or rescheduling.
- No cancellations or reschedules allowed.
- During summer, there is no air conditioning in the studio, so please bring water and dress for the heat!
- During winter, it would be a bit cold in the studio. Whilst we try our best to keep the studio warm, please prepare an extra coat or clothes to keep yourself warm during class.
- Please enter and leave the studio quietly - the studio is in the middle of the neighbourhood!

*** Please note that due to the nature of clay, results may differ from expectation, including but not limited to:
- Glaze may vary from examples and are for reference only
- Texture created may not shown in the final result
- Pots will appear smaller from what you created from class, since clay have a 15% shrinkage
- Pots may not be completely cleaned and may have small lumps of clay
- Pots may be cracked or exploded

 We try our best to mitigate this problem but these are inevitable. Unfortunately, the class is non-refundable and we are only able to reimburse you if your work exploded.

An overall fantastic workshop. All of the teachers were patient, kind and helpful. We all had a great time, Nam also has a great sense of humour which made everyone feel at ease. A definite recommend!

Amazing experience everyone should have a go at it the studio was so cool the experience was calming artistic funny and what a great way to meet new people. I had such a great laugh and enjoyed doing pottery to the max
