This was such a fun, easy-going cooking experience! Our host was WONDERFUL and very knowledgable about authentic Ethiopian cuisines. The food was delicious and structure was nice — appropriate amount of time for an experience like this. Would highly recommend!

A brilliant evening! We learnt to make several Ethiopian dishes and a kind of bread. Afterwards we ate what we cooked. It was delicious and fun. Our teacher was good at explaining and helping us. She had a lovely welcoming way about her and she’s clearly enthusiastic about the food. We went for my husband’s birthday with our 3 adult children. I can thoroughly recommend the experience.

We had a great time attending the Ethiopian Cooking Class! The class was comprehansive and the food we made was absolutly delicious. I especially liked learning about (and smelling) the different spices used in Ethiopian cooking. On the down side, the class was a bit crowded, and I'm not sure whether it will be easy for us to replicate the recipes at home.
