My friend and I attended this class today. The teacher was fantastic. We made a variety of dishes, I loved making the Injera the most. It all tasted great. Easy to get to, just a short walk from Shepherds Bush Market Station. The only one warning I would give is that it is cold in the kitchen - wear a jumper.

The food was delicious, and I learned a new cooking technique- I’ve never cooked onions without oil before- I didn’t realise how low fat Ethiopian cuisine is. The teacher was friendly and took time to explain unusual ingredients life teff.
