Sofia made us feel very welcome. Her demonstrations and instructions were very clear and easy to follow and we produced delicious sushi, dumplings and chicken which we feel confident enough to try again at home. It was our first cookery class and we’ll try more. Uh

I bought a class as a gift and the recipients loved it. The sushi making was a big hit and both enjoyed the tuition on making gyozas. The teacher engaged well and made the class interesting. Will probably book more classes in the future.

Was informative… some of the dressings I would have liked to have known how to make them but I understand for ease it was already made for us. I would have also liked any tips about rice and cooking it the right way. I was told I would get the recipes but haven’t received these yet but would like to so I can make them again Thanks

Very good evening … lovely tasting food with an easy to follow tutorial… I’m going to be off to the Chinese supermarket to grab some raw ingredients so that I can make me some Sushi at home…

The Japanese class with Bav was great! It was a Christmas present for my husband who likes Japanese food. The teacher was friendly and attentive. The venue is large and really well designed for a group cooking. We have been provided all the materials and gold where to get similar ones. We learned to roll sushi, make thick curry sauce and give proper shape to gyozas. We had an occasion to enjoy the meal after the class.
