Learn how to make a variety of Sushi in this three-hour cooking class and get to enjoy the fruits of your labour afterwards!

Your chef will help demystify sushi and guide you through loads of different techniques. From picking up sushi rice cooking techniques to working with fish and other intriguing equipment and ingredients, there are so many new talents to add to your culinary repertoire.

To go with your delicious sushi, you get 2 free bar tokens that can be exchanged for any drinks from the bar. We offer a selection of beers, wines, prosecco and soft drinks. Additional drinks can be purchased if you wish from the bar.

This class is suitable for complete beginners and a fantastic experience that covers a selection of different sushi rolls, including:
- Nigiri.
- The classic Hosomaki.
- The cone-shaped Temaki.
- A variety of Ura-Makis.
- Beautiful unusual Temari Sushi (colourful ball-shaped sushi canapes originating from Kyoto).

Bookings for 8 people or more get upgraded to unlimited drinks from the bar. (no need to select the VIP option)

“What an incredible class! The teacher, Will, absolutely made the class, without him it would not have been anywhere near as good! Will was so funny, charismatic and a fantastic teacher. He explained everything so clearly and simply in a way that made it a breeze to replicate. He made us feel very comfortable in an environment we weren't familiar with, especially being beginners. Will was so good in fact, we're booking the other classes he offers, just to have him again as a teacher! 5 stars for the class and 10 stars for Will! - Lou + Cynthia”

“Great course very well presented, who knew you are supposed to put the fish only into the soy or that ginger isn’t meant to be eaten with the sushi but as a cleanser. Massive thanks to Will who was brilliant I can’t recommend the course enough brilliant way to spend 3 hours”

“We did the authentic sushi cooking class with Will. We really liked the class! It was a small group, which made it even better to follow instructions and participate on everything we had to do. Will was amazing at giving instructions and you can tell he is really an expert at making sushi and will do everything he can to make sure you learn what you need to succeed. The class was 3hrs long, but we ended up having to be rushed at the end as we were running out of time, only giving us about 20min to eat what we produced which is quite short noticed. If we would have had more time to eat peacefully, this would have been a 5-star review, as that’s the main area of improvement for future classes. However we definitely recommend if you want to learn how to do sushi and the ingredients we used were really fresh and tasty!”
