“Wonderful class! Very thorough teaching, and am fully equipped to make sushi of all styles at home. Was also very entertaining, and made an excellent date. Super friendly and chatty teacher, who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Plus opportunity to make your own quirky sushi at the end! 10/10 recommend”
