This is a fun activity in Earlsfield, London

In this engaging wheel throwing class in London, you'll learn the basics of making your pots from scratch on the potter's wheel.

It will begin with a brief demonstration so you can familiarise yourself with the process. You'll take turns trying out your new skills on the wheel with the teacher's guidance. Me-time between pottery attempts will provide some rest, so soak up the experience.

The longer class duration of two and a half hours will give you the time to perfect your ceramic pieces. By the end of this activity, you'll leave with two finished pots that you can claim in about three to four weeks. You can even make a third pot, however, a £10. surcharge is made to each extra pot.

Don't fret if you're new to pottery, as this class offers a relaxed and supportive environment ideal for beginners. During the class, you'll be encouraged to ask questions and refine your skills. The teacher will be there to offer guidance and help you make the most out of your time at the wheel. You'll be surprised at just how therapeutic and enjoyable this activity can be. All in all, it'll be a fun and creative way to spend an afternoon in London.

As your final reward for your efforts, you will take home a pair of glazed pots that will feel like unique masterpieces that you've crafted from scratch.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Patrick was very knowledgeable and was a very patient teacher, guiding us through the process and technique. We loved the fact that it was just the 2 of us which meant more attention and little rush to complete the process. We had 2 practice attempts and managed to create a pot and bowl each by the end of the class. It’s also great that the glazing is included in the price. We would definitely recommend.

It was alot of fun, we got to make some bueatiful pots, vases, and bowls. The teacher was very intresting to talk to and had a deep knowledge of the subject. You could tell this is his passion unlike many other teachers who are just teaching as a side gig. Generally worth the money and would highly recommend

Patrick is a great instructor managing to create the right balance between showing and allowing his participants to have a go by themselves.
