Such good fun. The teacher Dulse (?) was so lovely and welcoming. She was keen to help and made you feel good about what you were able to achieve. Love how relaxed it was / it didn’t feel like a rush to get you out - eg 5 min until the end and other guests were still getting fresh clay.id definitely go back and recommend to anyone who wants to try their hand at pottery.

Phillipa was excellent- putting us at ease and breaking down the technique by first showing, then assisting and finally tweaking techniques. We felt confident, even with no previous experience and created a range of interesting and actually very good pots! What an excellent experience!!

I had such a wonderful experience at this beginner’s clay wheel throwing class. As someone with no prior experience, I felt completely comfortable from the start thanks to the lovely teacher, who was incredibly patient, encouraging, and clearly very skilled. She explained each step in a simple, easy to follow way and was always there to help guide your hands when needed. The class was not only educational but also so much fun. Once your pot was made, you get to choose from a beautiful variety of colors and glazes, which makes the final piece feel even more personal and special. This class is a perfect activity for an anniversary, a casual date, or even just a fun day out. It’s relaxed, creative, and full of laughter, and you walk away with both a great memory and something you made yourself. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to try pottery for the first time!
