Plant-based and vegan? Come along to Michelin-starred restaurant Pied à Terre, and learn how to create delicious plant-based food in this unique London masterclass.

The most recent class menu included creating a cashew dip, cauliflower and orange soup, papoutsakia for a main course and finishing with chocolate mousse and madeleines. You will also learn how to make a nage - the vegetable stock base for plant-based cooking.

Lots of Goodies to take away including a Pied à Terre apron and recipe cards, and of course a glass of bubbles to finish your class!

What an absolute treat to be in the presence of restaurant royalty! David was a really fabulous teacher and gave us great tips on how to lift the flavour of dishes by boiling garlic cloves, adding a touch of horseradish to fillings, popping a (generous) pinch of chilli flakes to a chocolate mousse…Having previously dined at Pied à Terre, I couldn’t believe that our class would be taught by David himself, so that was a huge bonus. I loved every second and every mouthful!

What an absolute delight! such an informal, relaxed space. My wife and I were joined by a lovely couple, and they were such great company. David, the Chef, was so friendly and easy going, and knowledgable. We learned so much and will definitely book another class.

Amazing experience. We made different recipes, learnt all the hacks and had the great company of David and Suze. At the end of the session we got to try all the marvellous recipes. Definitely recommended.

Enjoyed this class....but it could be improved. I felt that it would be much better if we all have could have seen/ participated more in each course being made. Also chopping vegetables just for a stock was not a good use of our time...that should have been preprepared. The dishes we ate tasted very nice ....however the stock we took home was flavourless.

So much fun! I really appreciated the time taken over the years to experiment and research good tasting vegan food, creating fantastic recipes. The owner, David, and his general manager ran the class and were so lovely and welcoming. It was interesting to learn tips and the food tasted incredible. I definitely recommend! Also, it was really easy booking so great for a gift!

The experience was super enjoyable! David was welcoming, friendly, and kind. The atmosphere was relaxed with an amazing playlist in the background. We learned lots of useful tips and the food was delicious — plus, we got to eat everything we made!
