Plant-based and vegan? Come along to Michelin-starred restaurant Pied à Terre, and learn how to create delicious plant-based food in this unique London masterclass.

The most recent class menu included creating a cashew dip, cauliflower and orange soup, papoutsakia for a main course and finishing with chocolate mousse and madeleines. You will also learn how to make a nage - the vegetable stock base for plant-based cooking.

Lots of Goodies to take away including a Pied à Terre apron and recipe cards, and of course a glass of bubbles to finish your class!

Great class! Made loads of delicious food and met loads of great people. Going to make several of these recipes at home.

We had a great time cooking along side David and Suze who were fun and welcoming. We packed so much into 2 hours and learnt lots of interesting tips and tricks to create some seriously delicious plant based dishes.
