His ability to explain things simply and succinctly makes the class a joy to be a part of and you feel completely safe as a beginner to this woodworking world. The workshops are superbly fitted out with an excellent range of high-end tools. Richard taught us how to safely use all the power tools and gave us free reign to work on our chopping boards independently, finessing them with our own unique style and character as we pleased.
