Please note: No baking is involved; this workshop focuses solely on icing and cake decorating techniques.

What to expect in class:

- Covering crumb-coated cakes in buttercream
- Clear demonstrations on cake decorating and covering techniques
- No baking or buttercream making will occur, but you'll learn how to fill, crumb-coat & decorate cakes
- Exploration of various piping techniques & tips
- Friendly and approachable host.
- All facilities, supplies, equipment, and cakes included

Late policy:
If anyone is more than 15 minutes late after the start time to the workshop, unfortunately you will not be able to attend the workshop.

“Our instructor Neeks was fantastic. We had needed the instructions repeatedly several times as the class was quite big. Neeks was happy to go over anything we didn’t understand and show us techniques. We really liked the practice run of icing techniques, as usually on these classes we get stuck straight in so there’s no room for error.”

“An amazing class!! Jermaine (teacher) was so kind and demonstrated different icing techniques very clearly! The class was the perfect length. Didn’t feel rushed at all. I wish there was a little more space to work from but that’s me being picky :)”

“Really super class. I've never done piping before so the step by step teaching was excellent and the teacher went through things individually when needed. I came away with a nice cake and felt very proud! A lovely way to spend an afternoon and great fun.”

“The teachers are lovely! Explained everything and did some closer demonstrations which was very kind! The playlist was fire too. They created such a warm environment that helped everyone open up and we met a few people there too. One thing I'd mention is that the class description included snacks/hot drinks but we were only given water so updating the description might help.”
