“We had a great time at Pottery House. The pottery throwing session was really good fun, and the instructor guided us step by step through making a cup, a bowl, and a vase. It was definitely more difficult than it looked; especially after watching the instructor expertly throw each piece so quickly! Despite the challenge, everyone managed to create at least one piece that we could leave to be fired and glazed, giving us a lovely souvenir to take home later. The only downside was that the studio was up three flights of stairs, and this wasn't mentioned beforehand. Unfortunately, this means it's not accessible for everyone, so it would be helpful if this information were included in the booking details.”

“The teacher was very talented - I feel like the class was quite fast-paced and we made four pieces, I think I would’ve enjoyed making 2 or 3 with more help so we could get better pieces at the end of it. Still, for the price it was good. The studio definitely needs air con at is was very hot with just a fan to help. Overall it was a decent experience but I probably wouldn’t recommend it to others if they want to take their time and make something nice and not be stressed or overheating.”
