“Please do not dismiss the poor reviews when considering this class - we absolutely got scammed by Glade and I am in the process of escalating this matter further. I had booked a class as a birthday gift for my sister for a session on 11th April. Was a bit apprehensive about the negative reviews concerning no communication about cancellations from Glade, so had messaged ahead (via ClassBento) the morning of the session to check if the session was still going ahead, as until then I had only received a booking confirmation and nil else. No reply. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and travelled in for 2 hours to attend. Arrived to the studio with no-one around - called Glade, again no reply, straight to voicemail. Upon messaging her, this time on WhatsApp, she eventually replied that the session was cancelled due to an 'equipment problem'. Absolutely outrageous that there was no courtesy or decency given to respond to my message in the morning or communicate the cancellation in advance, costing us several hours of our day of travel and ending in huge disappointment. I have since requested for a refund and although my several attempts at messaging her over the last 48 hours are being read, she is not replying to confirm that she has initiated a refund. Having to raise matters with ClassBento directly. Don't waste time with her and save your money, otherwise there is a good chance you will end in a similar position to ours. Exemplary unprofessionalism by Glade and I will be urging ClassBento to remove her class being advertised entirely.”

“Really disappointed that I travelled from Birmingham, waited outside Pirate Studios and couldn’t get in for the class. Called the organiser, and at first she she didn’t answer. When she eventually answered she said ‘I just need to check your booking and I’ll come back to you’. She didn’t call back or let us in, so after traveling all that way we weren’t able to attend the class. This was a terrible experience for something that was a special gift for me. Really disappointed and shocked at the terrible customer service.”
