“I booked Glade Marie’s beginner DJ class scheduled for April 23rd with high hopes, especially as I was preparing to DJ for my brother-in-law’s birthday at the end of May. At £80 for a 90-minute session, it’s not a small investment—and my husband and I drove over an hour from Streatham to attend. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the gate was locked and there was no one there. Only after calling Glade directly did I find out the class had been cancelled. She mentioned an email had been sent, but I hadn’t received anything, and clearly, neither had the two other people also waiting outside. Glade did apologise and offered to reschedule the session for the following Wednesday at a closer studio, which I appreciated. However, just a day before the new class, she messaged again asking to reschedule—this time due to a surprise birthday party her partner had planned for her. I understand that things come up, but I booked this class for a specific date and time because it was the only slot that worked with my long work hours. While I was happy to be flexible once, being asked to rearrange again for personal reasons showed a real lack of organisation and professionalism. I did receive a refund, but I’m very disappointed with how the whole situation played out. I’ve used ClassBento multiple times and always had great experiences with well-prepared and communicative instructors. Unfortunately, this time was an exception, and I won’t be booking again.”

“This class was amazing vibes and so much fun! Glade is such a great teacher, and taught us useful skills that were beginner friendly but also challenged us. Left the class with a strong foundation! Would 10/10 recommend, great evening with friends or if you’d just like to learn how to DJ in general.”
