This is a fun activity in Greenwich, London

In this creative workshop, you'll learn how to design and paint your own pottery pieces using various decorative techniques. Throughout the 2-hour session, you'll develop pottery painting skills while creating beautiful, personalised ceramics that will be professionally glazed and fired.

PLEASE NOTE: £6 is your studio fee only and does not include the price of individual pottery items. These can be purchased separately when you arrive.

This hands-on activity welcomes participants of all skill levels, requiring no previous pottery painting experience. The process is intuitive and enjoyable – perfect for a relaxing creative experience with friends, family, or colleagues.

During the workshop, you'll work with quality paints and tools in a welcoming studio environment. You'll select your preferred pottery item from a wide range available for purchase (priced from £9-£50), including mugs, bowls, plates, platters, jugs, trinkets, and more. The session fee covers studio use, paints, glazing, and firing, with pottery items purchased separately on arrival. You're welcome to bring your own drinks to enjoy during the session – whether wine, beer, soft drinks, matcha, or coffee.

By the end of this enjoyable workshop, you'll have created your own uniquely decorated pottery piece that will be professionally glazed and fired. Your finished item will be ready for collection approximately two weeks later – a functional and beautiful keepsake of your creative experience.

Please note: The studio fee is refundable only with 24 hours' notice, though rescheduling may be possible for last-minute cancellations.

Class was great, the door was locked on arrival but eventually we were let in. It was a lovely relaxing vibe, loads of pottery ton goose from and a nice table layout. The room got a bit hot due to the sun being out. I think my mum would have liked to have a laminated instructions menu that she could refer too as she didn't retain the information we were given at the beginning by the teacher. We had access to a range of colours, stencils, paints, brushes, aprons however we were only given paints and brushes and of course our chosen pottery, nothing else was mentioned, I became aware much later that we could use the other things.Overall great experience for myself and I would definitely do it again.

The teachers were very kind and friendly made us feel welcome even after running slightly late, the choice of pottery was great and I had lots of fun with friends I would definitely recommend and come back, I am looking forward to seeing our pottery after we pick it back up.

Had a lovely time painting ceramics at this pottery painting workshop. Staff were really helpful when needed but not overbearing and happy for us to just get on with it. Two hours is plenty of time to enjoy decorating and it was great not to have to rush to finish. Thanks so much! Looking forward to seeing the results soon.

Really fun experience, everything was well explained and easy to understand and use with good examples of what the different glazes would look like when fired and they were very nice about us running over a bit so my wife could finish her piece to something she was happy with
