This is a fun activity in Glasgow

In this creative workshop, you'll learn how to preserve pressed flowers in crystal-clear epoxy resin. Throughout the session, you'll develop resin pouring techniques while creating a beautiful, botanical keepsake to take home.

This hands-on activity welcomes participants of all skill levels, requiring no previous resin experience. The process combines simple techniques with natural materials – perfect for creating professional-looking results regardless of artistic background.

During the workshop, you'll be guided through each step by a professional artist, from selecting and arranging pressed flowers to mixing and pouring the resin for a smooth, glossy finish. The session takes place in a cosy studio environment that encourages relaxation and creativity. You'll have the freedom to create your own unique design, whether that's a phone case, coaster, or another type of keepsake, with guidance available whenever needed.

By the end of this inspiring workshop, you'll have created your own one-of-a-kind pressed flower resin piece and gained the skills to continue exploring this versatile craft at home.

Teacher was amazing, gave very clear instructions. It was great to learn how to do something and also be left to carry on at your own pace. As the class goes on and you go work through the items you get more confident with the products and how to use them. This was mine and my mums first time doing a class like this and we loved it. You have everything you need all placed put in front of you

I enjoyed the class but I felt the pouring of the liquids could have been made easier with the use of a funnel or something similar. The resin got everywhere when pouring into small containers. Maybe a choice of moulds too as I don’t wear earrings.

This was a great class, my first experience with resin and something different, especially in the mad dash to Christmas. Dara was a great teacher, led us through all the steps from easier, smaller crafts to bigger. We made a pair of earrings, a Christmas bauble ornament and a soap dish. Happy with the result and can’t wait to see the products. My friend and I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely recommend this class

The class in general was fun and it was nice to do something a bit different. The studio vibes were lovely and booking into the class was easy through Class Bento. However, unfortunately communication with Brshes was difficult. I tried contacting through Class Bento, email, Instagram and by phone but on one occasion it took weeks for a reply and the other occasion was over a week. No communication regarding the phone case and once I did get a reply I had an "automatic" reply that came across quite rude and then immediately an email to say it was sent out wrongly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I don't feel like the actual explanation was clear on how important it is to get the measurements correct. It was very quickly gone over and then you were left to it. The phone cases aren't useable as it wasn't clear how much needed to be used and even when it goes set it's sticky (this isn't only our experience but also experience from 6+ people that I know who have done the class). I'm usually someone to champion small businesses and have never written a bad review for anyone but I'm really sad to say that I wouldn't recommend this class.

Great class made 3 different resin items. Teacher was very helpful. Felt sorry for the teacher and the cleanup job they were left with as it was quite a sticky mess but thoroughly enjoyed the class.

Our teacher talked us through what to do so great for our first time working with resin. We can't wait to see our earrings, soap dish and coaster when they are ready in 48 hours! Good fun, creative, relaxing and a lovely weekend activity
