This is a fun activity in Glasgow

In this creative workshop, you'll learn how to preserve pressed flowers in crystal-clear epoxy resin. Throughout the session, you'll develop resin pouring techniques while creating a beautiful, botanical keepsake to take home.

This hands-on activity welcomes participants of all skill levels, requiring no previous resin experience. The process combines simple techniques with natural materials – perfect for creating professional-looking results regardless of artistic background.

During the workshop, you'll be guided through each step by a professional artist, from selecting and arranging pressed flowers to mixing and pouring the resin for a smooth, glossy finish. The session takes place in a cosy studio environment that encourages relaxation and creativity. You'll have the freedom to create your own unique design, whether that's a phone case, coaster, or another type of keepsake, with guidance available whenever needed.

By the end of this inspiring workshop, you'll have created your own one-of-a-kind pressed flower resin piece and gained the skills to continue exploring this versatile craft at home.

Lovely class. Everything was planned out for us to make three different moulds in the time. Earings, a coaster and a soap dish. Lots of dried flowers, dyes, even some gold leaf to get creative. Very clear instructions and help throughout. Looking forward to picking up my pieces once they are dry.

Fun session, can’t believe how much I concentrated to get the flowers just right! Very patient and helpful teachers sharing helpful tips on the different techniques. Appreciated that we got to make 3 different objects allowing me to experiment. Photos of the back of the objects I made, now have to wait at least 48 hours to collect them and see what they really look like!

Hi I have a suggestion, its probably handy to check how many people want to do phone case decorating as unfortunately there wasn't enough phone cases for everyone that suited. To resolve this i would suggest 1. In the confirmation email to ask people to let you know (email or social media) if they want to do a phone case and what phone they have. This way you can check before the workshop and let them know if you have that phonne model available. 2. If you dont have the case for them, maybe let them know and ask if they can bring their own still if they would like. Or out it in the "what to bring section" if their phone model isnt a standard one and to double check with yourself.
