“Enjoyed the class and the food turned out great. Palak paneer and parathas were amazing and I definitely think I will be able to reproduce the same delicious food in my own kitchen.”

“On the suggestion of my daughter we signed up for this class, so glad we did. What a fabulous evening we had. It is a must-do for everyone. The staff were excellent, so calm and nothing flustered them. The main man Dan, was clear in his delivery of instruction, including health tips along the way. We were on a work station with a couple, T** and J****, great fun, especially as we toasted ourselves many times clinking our glasses of wine and congratulating how we had managed to prepare, cook and enjoy our dishes. Everything is weighed out ready so it’s a ready steady go! Go on, book an experience today - I guarantee you’ll be booking again .”

“I would thoroughly recommend this cooking class; it is a brilliant way to spend 3 hours! The teacher was excellent; very clear and moved things along at the right speed, giving extra help where needed. The food we made was delicious and there were separate dishes for me as a vegetarian. The aloo gobi was delicious and I am amazed at how simple it was to make awesome parathas. There were just the right number of people in the room (11), so you could still get personal attention. And, the wine on the table was a very welcome bonus! The whole morning was excellent.”

“Had a really enjoyable experience overall! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the team made everyone feel welcome and at ease. The session was fun and well-run, very professional, and the food turned out great. The only small downside was that I was expecting to cook on my own, but instead we were paired with a partner, which I hadn’t anticipated.”

“The instructor knew how to cook, but had limited Indian-specific knowledge. Spice blends were prepared in advance with no discussion regarding "why" the spices were selected, why the proportion of spices was important, or how the individual spices affect the overall flavor. Additionally there was essentially no discussion of how to prepare the spices...which is essential to Indian cooking. I am already a very competent cook, and walked away having learned very little compared to when I arrived. I had a fun time, but I was generally disappointed in the class. I would not use this vendor again.”
