“Excellent day. Mario was a real Napoli guy and gave humour and clear information. It was good that we all took time through the stages and to cook our final pizza. It was good that we could take it home. I got good information on what quality of ingredients that I should use. I got a Ninja oven last year and used I as well as the weather was good. I used the class to take me to the next level. One point to make , I would liked to see Mario show us making a dough, blending the flour and water in quantities. I have never been to Pizza Pilgrams before but will certainly making a visit soon. Thank you Mario for a great class and will give you a shout when I visit.”

“This class was excellent, trust in the crust! A great learning opportunity to make good pizza, sharing his vast experience in pizza making; whilst keeping it fun. I appreciated in how the instructor took the time at the end of the class and answered all my questions, and gave a few extra tips.”

“Great class- very friendly and attentive staff. Lots of food. My group made the pizza first so we were busy all afternoon. However, the group that came after us had to wait quite a long time before making their pizza.”
