We made dumplings with Hanna and Simon. It was absolutely delightful - of course, the wontons and dumplings were delicious, but Hanna and Simon really made the experience special. They are fantastic people, and we’ll absolutely be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved this class! The teacher was fantastic, patient, engaging, and full of great tips for perfecting dumpling folds and wonton sealing (which turned out to be way easier than I thought!). The session was really hands-on, and everything was clearly explained. I especially loved learning how to make the dipping sauces from scratch such a game-changer! The whole experience was relaxed, fun, and super delicious. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves cooking or just wants to try something new. I left feeling confident enough to host my own dumpling night!

Fabulous class with Simon and Hanna! Would highly recommend. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable and provided lots of interesting cultural and historical information. They were also very accommodating as we are both vegan, so we were able to enjoy the class in the same way.

First of all, I want to say that the hosts Simon and Hanna were both great, very welcoming and professional. The food was also very delicious and the facilities were clean and up to the standard. My only complaint( hence the average review) is around the content of the course. While we were preparing wontons and dumplings, all we had to do in the 1.5h was to put the pre prepared filling into the pre prepared dough and fold them in two different ways. We had to of course boil/fry them after which took another 10min. So in total the cooking part took 40min, 20min for eating and another 20min waiting for the other group to finish. Hanna and Simon could easily introduce making of the dough(that would take another 10-15min) and even the mixture and comfortably fit within the 1:30. Have done more than 20 different courses over the years and this is definitely towards the lower end of actual “cooking”. As I said all else is very good and I think by adding a few more very natural steps such as making the filling or even the dough it will give the impression that you are actually “cooking” while still comfortably fitting within their time frame. I hope they take this feedback in the right way as I think they e for a great family business which can do great. Thanks again
