Whether you have no idea how to use a sewing machine or you’re looking to revisit an old hobby, this is the perfect place to start. In this welcoming workshop, our experts will be on hand to support you every step of the way.

What to expect:
- We’ll help you through how to use the machine and how to tackle all the parts and settings.
- We’ll also introduce you to some basic hand sewing techniques!
- You’ll put your knowledge to the test and leave with your own crafted pin cushion.

“The class was so much fun. I found it enormously enjoyable, relaxing and educational - especially because it involved going over some of the very basics of machine sewing that I had never really learned when sewing before as a child/teenager. I loved the whole session and am feeling very inspired to keep going with sewing now!”

“Really enjoyed my afternoon learning how to use a sewing machine again after a 30+year gap. Cerri is a very enthusiasic, patient and knowledgeable teacher, the class was well-paced and the studio well-positioned and provisioned. I'm delighted with my wee pincushion and with the confidence gained. I've already booked on to the level 2 course!”

“Today I attended a class on how to use a sewing machine for beginners. This was excellent. Cerri was great at given simple instructions on how to set up a sewing machine and then we practiced using the machine . We ended up making a pin cushion. Which I’m really pleased with. I will definitely book another class.”
