“Claire was very kind and helpful, she explained everything that I needed to know regarding making a basic bodice pattern, and went beyond. She worked at my pace and we got through a basic bodice with time left that she was able to help me with switching darts positions to change the form of the bodice, which she demonstrated the dart/seam style that I wanted to learn about and also had time to do a sleeve pattern and how to measure for it which I also really wanted/ needed to learn. Very cosy work space and a great session, felt very comfortable. Would definitely recommend her sessions, she also mentioned that I could come back to use the machines to sew the garments and she’s there to help with any areas that might get stuck on.”
