Really enjoyable class with a friendly, engaging host who provided an excellent cookery demonstration in a really different venue - a houseboat. Food was delicious and we came away with some great ideas. Highly recommended by our group of 4

We had a wonderful evening with Tere in her gorgeous boat. She was a warm and enthusiastic teacher who cooked us a delicious meal. She gave us some great tips for cooking that I look forward to trying out. She was also very gracious and patient when I was late because I got mixed up about where her boat was. That was entirely down to me because I didn’t follow her instructions properly and Google Maps confused me. So do double check which marina you’re going to! I would highly recommend a class with Tere. It was a lovely experience. Muchas gracias!

Tere was a brilliant host. Made us welcome to her lovely Dutch Barge full of character with Cava. She prepared lovely food talking us through the ingredients and showed us how she made each dish in detail. We know Spanish food but it was great to see it done so expertly with little tweaks to make it so yummy. We had Pan y Tomate, Padron Peppers, Fideua, great Tortilla...Serrano, broken olives....I won't spill the beans on her clever tricks....it was all fab...with great charm and hospitality. Great fun for the 5 of us!

An absolutely wonderful experience! Tere has a warm and bright personality and we really enjoyed our time on her boat. Getting to learn about how she makes the food, what makes these spanish flavours, and to then enjoy the feast with her company was a great exchange. We’ve learnt quite a bit of cooking tips and tricks and at the end of the experience, it just felt like we have been hosted by a friend now who has given us a gift of being able to cook the same dishes at home! Thanks Tere! Love, Chai and Thomas
