This is a fun activity in Canary Wharf, London

Make authentic Spanish churros and rich hot chocolate in this hands-on cooking class on a London houseboat.

Set on a unique vintage Dutch houseboat near Canary Wharf, this churros and chocolate workshop is one of the most unusual and fun foodie experiences in London — perfect for beginners, couples, families, and anyone looking for a memorable cooking class.
Step aboard a cosy houseboat and discover the traditional Spanish technique of making churros con chocolate with your friendly and experienced host.
In this interactive, hands-on cooking class, you will:
• Make churro dough from scratch
• Learn how to pipe, shape and fry churros safely
• Prepare thick, authentic Spanish hot chocolate
• Try freshly made churros with chocolate or dulce de leche filling
Your teacher will guide you step by step with demonstrations, while you take part in the key cooking stages.

This cooking class takes place on a charming barge moored in a private marina, creating an intimate and memorable experience unlike a traditional cooking school.
It’s a relaxed, social setting with beautiful waterside surroundings near Canary Wharf.
This class can be adapted for vegan and gluten-free diets. Please inform your host after booking.
This churros cooking class is ideal for:
• Fun date nights in London

Your teacher is flexible on times for the class so feel free to check with her for another time slot if it's not listed in the calendar!

Tere was such a lovely teacher and person. My 11 year old son and I had a lovely, relaxing afternoon learning to make churros. Also enjoyed meeting the Tippy the beautiful ragdoll cat. Would definitely love to come back.

What a fab experience! Totally unique - we loved it. We made the most wonderful churros and had a superb time chatting to Tere who was most knowledgeable about all things food and Spain. We loved every second of it as a family of 4. Very memorable.

A unique and fun way for my teenage grandson to experience making churros con chocolate whilst learning some Spanish with a native speaker - and afloat on her houseboat. Truly a memorable hands on day. Tere’s charismatic personality captivated our attention throughout, and a bonus was to take home the churros- yummy. Tere is professional from start to finish and I would definitely recommend her 100%.
