My friend and I did this and had the most amazing experience. From the moment we stepped on board, the host, Tere, made us feel so welcome and at home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, walking us through each step of the process with patience and enthusiasm. Not only did we learn how to make the most delicious churros, but we also got to enjoy them in such a unique and cozy setting. To top it all off, Tere has the cutest cat, who made the experience even more special! If you're looking for a fun, hands-on activity with a wonderful host, this is it. Highly recommend!

I attended the class with my family of 5 - we're Italians and the teacher has been super welcoming and understanding and was able to communicate with my parents who don't speak English. Overall the experience was very fun and interesting, and we will definitely make the recipe at home as well! Definitely recommend.

A Delightful Churros-Making Experience on a Houseboat If you’re looking for a unique and heartwarming experience, this churros-making class on a cozy houseboat is an absolute must! From the moment we arrived, our host Tere welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality, instantly making us feel at home. She handed us a pre-ordered glass of Baileys, which set the perfect tone for the evening. She also offered us a glass of authentic Portuguese Cava—both absolutely delicious! The class itself was fantastic. She explained every minute detail of the churros-making process with patience and expertise, ensuring that we felt confident every step of the way. I must say, my friend and I made some of the best churros ever (if we do say so ourselves)! What made the experience even more special was enjoying our freshly made churros with a glass of wine, all while listening to old Spanish music in the cozy ambiance of the houseboat. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and savor the moment. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and unique culinary experience. Whether you’re a foodie, a travel enthusiast, or simply someone who enjoys good company and great flavors, this is an experience you don’t want to miss!
