We had a blast at our cocktail-making class at Hamilton! Dan was a brilliant teacher—he made the session fun and he was incredibly informative. He clearly knows his cocktails inside out and kept the energy high the whole time.
The "feast" afterwards was yummy. Huge kudos to whomever made the trout dip—it was a standout favourite for our group.

The class was fun the teacher was engaging and the instructions were nice and clear. I know how to use a shaker properly now. Our group was well looked after. The two cocktail's were different in style, flavour and construction which was good. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our US visitors enjoyed the vibe of the bar as well. I feel this was good value for money.”
