“I need to give the hugest shout out to Hamilton and his team for all their help pulling together a night to remember for my best friend’s hens. From the outset, Hamilton was super responsive with communication and assisted us with the behind the scenes planning for our cocktail workshop and sit down dinner over the space of a few weeks. We were able to access the upstairs bar for an additional fee, which we were then given a lot of freedom to decorate and personalise to our hen.
On the night itself, all attendees’ drink and dietary requirements were catered to and a range of guests from their teens to their 70’s enjoyed themselves a lot! The workshop was easy to follow along, yielded incredibly tasty cocktails and the feast was delicious. Special thanks to the team on the floor who were friendly, accommodating and also willing to go along with the chaos we brought in our wake.

“The cocktail class was excellent and our host was an absolute gentleman: patient, engaging and informative. The food was delicious and there was heaps of it and we didn't feel rushed to eat it all. Even though it was a group activity, we each got a table to ourselves for the feast part and the food was high quality with lots of variety. We will be making the cocktails at home and I couldn't rate this experience highly enough.”
“The class was spectacular. Kieran was our guide/teacher and he was flawless. The bar was a bit understaffed due to workers having Covid and they politely apologised for the wait and executed our class amazingly.
Brooke also waited on us and she was very sweet. Overall it was a top notch experience and I will recommend this to friends and family.”
