“Lauren was so helpful and patient. I loved the messiness of getting behind the wheel. Took me right back to primary school art class, when nothing mattered except having fun and expressing yourself. The actual class was well structured and so much fun.”
“Absolutely loved Pottery wheel class! The instructor made the experience fun and relaxing even for beginners. It was incredibly satisfying to create something with my hands. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to try something creative and hands-on.”
“Have been to a few classes and all the teachers are really lovely (Charlie, Chelsea and Lauren) and you get more time with the teachers due to the small class size”
“Our teacher was good! Might’ve been nice to practise the throwing techniques as they were being explained so we understood how they worked rather than guessing until we got a turn? But this wasn’t a major issue! Unfortunately I found the experience a bit stressful. I was anticipating it to be a quiet, relaxing time, but we had a kids party on at the same time. Had kids running up to us asking what we were doing or generally wanting to talk to us. Was the same with the parents - asking how it worked etc. I found it hard to focus on what I was doing. The group of kids actually put a barrier between us and getting new clay as well. First half hour before the group arrived was lovely and fun! Many pieces I tried to make collapsed, so might’ve been nice to learn how I could avoid it next time, but also understand the leader was split between the group! Without the kids party I think I would’ve enjoyed the experience much more”
