“This was a really interesting and hands on class where Mark guided us through a demonstration and then we then got to try it out for ourselves and make our own creations . We had plenty of support along the way and made 2 pieces using different techniques. Highly recommended if you want to learn something new.”

“This activity was a gift from our kids, that being said I'd do it again in a heartbeat Mark (teacher) ran an informative and educational class, not just from a safety perspective but emphasising the need to have fun with your glass blowing, knowing that what might start out as one thing, may ultimately morph into something different, such is art! To this end nothing was out of the question (within the constraints of a beginners class), as we were shown some techniques that would inspire us to do more, and even return for a more advanced class!”

I hate fire and flames, I can barely light a match, so I was a bit hesitant, but Mark provided all the safety advice in a way that reduced my fears, and the work bench is set up in a way that makes you feel in control and very safe.
We made 2 pieces, one without blowing and one with blowing. 2.5 hours was the right amount of time.
