“What a wonderful way to start learning about Glass Blowing. Mark Eliott has a wealth of knowledge, his explanations of each step was easy to follow. I received this gift card experience, to try a Beginners Taster class with a friend, from my family and it was very easy to make the best purchase that suited me, I paid a little extra in order to be just the two of us in the room. We both had the best time making our own solid glass pieces that were decorated with coloured glass and then we were able to have a turn at blowing a piece of glass. I made a glass lolly Christmas decoration and my friend made a paper weight, for our glass blowing pieces I made a plant dripper and my friend made a little glass jug.”
“This is a MUST DO experience! We did an evening session on a Tuesday and it happened to just be me and my partner. Mark was encouraging, patient, and extremely talented, making him an incredible teacher. We first did some free form work where we got to mould glass with any colours of our choosing to make whatever we would like.Then we did glass blowing which was even more fun than the first activity and we chose to make shot glasses. He also provided tea, coffee, etc. I can’t recommend this class enough, it’s worth every cent.”

Our instructor, Mark, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and great at guiding us through the process while still letting us get creative. We had lots of fun making a shot glass and a small vase, with plenty of opportunities to experiment with colors and shapes.
