“I've never done glass blowing before so didn't know what to expect the class was great and fun. All the students that day (Sunday) was nice and friendly. Mark and Simmy was wonderful they both took their time out to attend to whoever needed help in class. Many of the students and incluing myself done 2 amazing glass objects to take home with us. I will go back in future and take another course. It was well worth the money, we even got an extension in our class so we're not rushing with our work.”
“Excellent introduction to glass flame-working with Mark Eliott. The session was framed perfectly as a chance to be creative and learn a skill without a plan. First we learn how to work glass in the flame and add colour, it was an opportunity to create something with a specific form or abstract, with assistance whenever needed. Then we moved onto glass blowing which resulted in a variety of shapes and products. Mark was a great teacher that provided a relaxed but informative environment, and he was assisted by SImi who was equally wonderful. My measure of an introductory session is if I want to go back and do more, and I definitely want to continue my glass working journey. Thoroughly recommended.”
