“A warm welcome from Maddi was followed by sampling a variety of pickles and 2 breads, one gluten free. Clear instructions, everything set up for us to select and chop our vegetables of choice then Maddi added the pickling solution and popped them into the boiling water. Next we had a run through on finely slicing 1kg of cabbage, Maddi measured the salt then massage until equal parts macerated cabbage and liquid. Fennel seeds for me and away I went. Thanks for the notes and fun class, Maddi.”

“This class was absolutely excellent!! Cannot recommend it highly enough! Our instructor really knew her stuff and was friendly and engaging. This made the class really educational and fun. There was lots of laughs and the 2 hours flew by. I really feel like I know what I am doing now and plan to start pickling at home which is what I had hoped for. By far the best cooking class I have been to. (Way better than sprout!)”
