“A lovely workshop, walking away with an A5 lino cut and a series of cute prints on different types and forms of paper. It packs a lot of learning into a short time, great value and makes for a colourful afternoon. The venue is an artsy ground floor room in the host's house, which feels like a creative and kind space.”
“Linocut printing is a lot of fun! Kaya was very helpful, and demonstrated different printing techniques.
As someone who never did linocutting before, it would be great to get some theoretical knowledge on linocutting as a technique, on it's history or about the artists working in this style.”
“Information and relaxed class. The small class size enabled enough one-on-one support. Really useful to have lots of different tools available for carving. Completely one linocut and printed using different techniques. The hand printing method is easily achievable at home”
“Great class! It was suitable for complete beginners or those wanting to hone their practice. Kaya was supportive, patient and knowledgeable. a very enjoyable 3 hours! I was surprised at how good our prints turned out.”
“What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! We went along as a bit of a creative date and came away with a new hobby and lots of inspiration. Thanks!!!”
