“I recently attended a pottery class, and overall, it was a great experience. Learning how to throw and mold clay was both exciting and rewarding—it’s incredible how a simple block of clay can transform into something unique with a little creativity and guidance. The hands-on nature of the lesson made it really engaging, and I found the process to be relaxing and surprisingly therapeutic.
That said, while the class was enjoyable, I did feel that the teacher’s approach could have been a bit more encouraging. There were moments when she seemed slightly passive-aggressive when someone made a mistake, which made the atmosphere a little tense at times. Mistakes are part of the learning process, and I think clearer instructions and a more supportive tone would have made the experience even better.
Despite that, I still had fun experimenting with the clay and picking up new skills. It’s such a satisfying feeling to create something with your own hands. I’d recommend this class to anyone looking to try something new, though it might be helpful to go in with some patience as you learn the techniques.”
“Good class.interesting facts were told. Guided nicely. Loved to spend time with daughter in her school holidays. Some fun learning and artistic stuff”
“Our teacher George, was very nice, helpful and had a great sense of humour. We were taught how to make multiple shaped pieces of pottery, given options of finishing them and he was very helpful when we had any issues with pottery mistakes.”
