“I cannot recommend this bread-making class highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The instructor was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient, engaging, and passionate about the craft, which added to the enjoyment of the entire learning process.
The class was well-organised. Each step was clearly explained and hands-on, so I left with real confidence in my ability to recreate the recipes at home. I especially appreciated the tips and tricks you don’t get from a cookbook.
