Our teacher Paul was great, I learnt so much and can't wait to use his tips at home. The food was delicious, it was enjoyable and loved that all set temps were different so we can each use our intuition and really learn what to do. Learning about all the different cuts of meat was especially interesting for me also. Thankyou, I would do this again!

Had such an amazing time, Paul was very helpful and very friendly. A very educational class, I would definitely recommend it! And the best part about it was the incredible food. The chicken was so soft, the lamb was so flavourful, and the steak was amazing. Thanks Paul!!

A wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Paul our chef was most knowledgeable and broke down all the elements of effectively cooking proteins. All the tips and tricks and a meal to try it all out. The way I cook proteins will change forever. It’s an ideal class to do with friends. Thoroughly enjoyed it and although packed with information you also walked away with all the information and recipes to keep. Loved it.

Took my 16 yo son to this class as he's gettng into protein and curious about cooking. He thoroughly enjoyed it. Chef Paul explained temperature, different cuts, and how to season, using simple ingredients and also how to elevate your dish. We learnt a lot, gained hands on experience and I would recommend this class.
