“We attended our class at Chermside on Saturday morning. Our teacher was lovely, friendly, and very helpful. Although it did feel a bit understaffed, she handled everything really well.
While we were there, a group of seven arrived with a booking for the same time, but the teacher hadn’t been made aware of it. She and the group worked together to organise another day and time, but it highlighted an issue with the booking system.
Overall, the class was great, but I think the booking system needs a review to prevent overbooking in the future.”
