“Yoko is one of the best teacher of a practical/artistic skill I've experienced. The art of Kintsugo has its origins in ancient Zen practice, we worked with Yoko to repair and decorate a small broken dish, we all completed the repair and decoration as if time had stood still. I am confident that I can now repair and decorate other broken items and apply things I practiced in class. Ive set up a cosy corner for my Kintsugo kit, excited to get going. Yoko was clear, focussed, engaging and entertaining. I totally recommend Yoko's class - the Japanese Art Kintsugi Ceramic Repair Workshop.”
“Fantastic teacher getting hands on with Kinstugi as well as learning about its history. Will also give advice for your own Kinstugi projects. Highly recommend!!”
“Yoko is a highly experienced and wonderful teacher. Before you arrive Yoko sets up each student's workstation beautifully. Everything you need so that you can concentrate on each step of the kintsugi process. The workshop provides insight into the history of kintsugi and explains the context whilst explaining the most effective and safe processes available in present day. I thoroughly enjoyed each minute, and before I knew it 4 hours evaporated, just like that! Loved it!”
