“A sensational course, I will definitely be back to do more. Shane, Brie and Mel were Great. A fun and informative atmosphere. Hands on was available to those of us who wanted to, so I jumped up and got involved with Prep every time I was able. The food was nothing short of spectacular.
I refined a few skills and learned lots of new ones!
