“The dumpling making class was okay, but has room for improvement to reach its potential.
We specified dietary requirements when booking and then again when asked on the day. We made sure to keep the two seperate on our try with a clear division down the centre of our tray, however; when they cooked the dumplings we made they mixed our vegetarian and pork dumplings together and served them together.
It was a 40+ degree day and they did not offer water or ask us if we wanted to purchase any drinks, which would have made us feel more valued. Other participants in the group purchased drink packages when booking, but had to ask for their drinks as they were forgotten about.
The dumpling making itself was fun - we learnt 3 folding techniques and we made both vegetarian and pork dumplings. A little more engagement and feedback from the teacher with each individual would have been nice and a little more effort to make their atmosphere more inviting/class lime would go a long way.”

We used two different types of fillings - one pork and the other mushroom - and we were shown several different ways of creating the dumplings.
Once we finished, they cooked our dumplings in 3 different ways and served them to us for lunch.
