“We had a good time during the dumpling course. I was disappointed that the cocktail making people then joined onto our dumpling course and they were drunk and extremely loud and it felt very rushed. They should do a seperate course from the people like us that wanted to enjoy it and take our time.
I also think that we should have got printed copies of the recipe and a technique sheet of the dumpling folds to take home and re do.”
“Great experience, it could have been some fun watching the actual cooking of the dumplings or learning the method but understand there are OHS regs.
