“Instructors were both fun and knowledgeable. Might make the dumpling preparations more fun if made it more interactive with others at the same table. Recommend doing an introduction upon sitting down or even at the bar. Maybe a little about where everyone is from and why doing the class for an icebreaker.

“Our teacher was lovely but the rest of the experience was a letdown. It was definitely not worth the price of 95pp. I would have paid $40 max.
The venue was understaffed and under-resourced (the bar was running out of ingredients for other classes, manager openly berating staff for issues outside their control, etc).
The class started almost 30 minutes late and we were left outside in a seating area with nothing to do and no updates about the delay. The cocktail class was nice but basic. As was the dumpling making. I can't recommend this class for such a high price.”
