He was patient and supremely helpful in teaching my partner and I skills we can't wait to show off in the new year. We learnt how to make 2 cocktails, a sweet lychee cocktail and a tart and refreshing Popo Trio.
When learning how to make dumplings, he showed us several shapes and even taught us how to make a Stegosaurus shape when he found out our interest in dinosaurs!

“I did this class over the weekend with two other friends and we had the most enjoyable experience! Our teacher was super engaging, funny and created a comfortable environment for us to be ourselves in! I loved the different techniques we learnt in both the cocktail and dumpling making portion of the class. We ended up eating a generous amount of dumplings and I’ve got to say they were super delicious! I highly recommend this class as it’s fun & delicious!!!”
