“My husband bought this for my 18 year old son and I as a Christmas present. The session was well paced and relaxed, with clear step-by-step guidance that made it easy to follow, even for beginners. We learned how to prepare the filling, fold the dumplings properly (harder than it looks!), and cook them to perfection. There was plenty of time to ask questions, practise techniques, and have a few laughs along the way.
What really stood out was how engaging and social the experience was, it felt welcoming and inclusive, not rushed at all. By the end of the two hours, I felt confident in my dumpling-making skills and, best of all, got to enjoy the delicious results.
