“The Thai cooking class was presented with good humour and friendliness. The ingredients were lovely and fresh. My only constructive criticism is we were told several things to remember. When we got back to our cooking stations it was hard to recall. A sheet outlining the steps would have been very helpful. Perhaps a laminated direction sheet per bench?”
“Hands on participation- Chef guided us through with clear instructions ( some humour:)) and demonstrations which made it hard to get anything wrong! We were able to enjoy the delicious dishes we made with a glass of wine.”
