“Outstanding class. Brilliant instructor too. Anan was a wealth of knowledge and made this course so enjoyable. He explained every step of each dish clearly and was very hands on with each of us when we need direction. It was a great balance of cooking and eating the fruits of our labour together. We had plenty to take home too.

Only reason I gave it 4 not 5 stars was it was a very odd time. The 2pm start meant you were eating at 4pm which was a bit early for dinner but also too late for a late lunch. Made it a bit confusing to plan our day around.”
