“The class had potential, but overall it did not meet my expectations for a $95 latte art class. The equipment provided was quite basic, and practicing with soapy water and coffee grounds did not feel realistic. While the instructor was friendly, I felt the technical level of latte art demonstrated could be improved. Additionally, my name was misspelled on the latte art certificate, which was disappointing. Improving the facilities, teaching standard, and attention to detail would greatly enhance the experience.”
